A detailed scope
Your processes, owners and hand-offs, written down and agreed with you before any offer is made.
Pricing
We don't publish a price list. Our tools are licensed through the Microsoft Marketplace and priced on a detailed scope: the fit to your business, the KPIs we agree to measure, and a pilot that runs inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant. We never see your data.
01 · How we price
Our tools are built to be as flexible as possible, so they fit how your retail teams already work and what you measure as success. That is why there is no list price: every offer starts from your scope.
Your processes, owners and hand-offs, written down and agreed with you before any offer is made.
Your teams, your stores, your approval routes and the systems the tools must work beside.
The KPIs we agree with you up front, so success is something both sides can count.
Built to work on several different data models, the program adjusts to the retail data set inside your own tenant. Your data stays there, and we never see it.
02 · Process first
We assess your processes first, in a process register and a RACI matrix. Then we offer the best-fit solution: one your teams can adopt with ease, measured against the KPIs agreed with you.
Our tool is not a pretty face for a broken system.
03 · The full cycle
In the scoping session we define which stages run as a test alongside your current way of working, and from which stage migration reaches the first measured milestone.
We understand that change can be daunting, so we don't want to overwhelm your team. But a cup half full is still only half a cup.
You can have the perfect promotion plan, but if it is not implemented, the plan fails. You can have the perfect commercial and leaflet set-up, but if it doesn't reach marketing, the set-up fails. The full cycle is what makes the real difference.
The tool is interactive, simple to use and easy to understand. We keep evolving and upgrading it so that a shorter adoption time is a measure we can own proudly.
We don't sell one stage of a process on its own, or versions we believe will not add value.
04 · Pilot, then stages
We run paid pilots and launch in stages, so each stage is proven before the next one starts.
We map how the work runs today and agree the KPIs that define success.
A written scope, and an offer through the Microsoft Marketplace fitted to your business.
A pilot subscription through the Microsoft Marketplace, running inside your own tenant and measured against the agreed KPIs. We never see your data.
Team by team, store by store, with each stage measured before the next.
05 · Licensing
Nobody can buy a g8tes tool: you license it. Every option is a licence through the Microsoft Marketplace. g8tes keeps the product IP. Your data, configuration, workflow settings and documentation are always yours.
Start on one cycle, on your own tenant, through the Marketplace. Measured on your data, inside your tenant.
Licensed while you subscribe. Monthly, 12-month minimum. Updates and support included.
Trial, pilot subscription, subscription and handover are defined in our Terms of use. A pilot runs under a short statement of work with success criteria, named users, data terms, dates and a conversion decision.
06 · What you pay for
We don't just build a software layer. We write your process down first, in a process register and a RACI matrix, fix the gaps on paper, then build the layer that runs it. ISO-aligned by design: aligned, not certified.
The code underneath is a repeatable product, already built, tested and documented. You pay to fit it to your process, not to build it from scratch.
Hours no longer spent chasing, supplier funding found before the promotion runs, approvals that take days instead of weeks. Your team measures it inside your tenant, against the KPIs we agreed.
Interactive, simple and easy to understand, so your teams start using it sooner.
One process, one conversation, one honest answer. We reply within 24 hours.
